It’s spring break and I have no school so after AGA Mom took me to Smaland.

I LOVE Smaland.

Today, I got a “time out” at Smaland.

The other boy was kicking me so I hit him.

So we got a “time out.”

But we played in the Ballpool after.

They also have a washroom in Smaland. I asked them if I could use the washroom, and they had one.

Convinced Mom to take us to AGA again today. And Three Bananas. We also saw the Olympians but I didn’t get any thunder sticks. The police lady gave me $2 so that I could donate to this kid’s foundation and I got a frisbee, bracelet, and balloon.

Anyways, at AGA, Izzy and I built buildings for about an hour then we walked around to see Degas’ dancers because that’s what Izzy likes. I like “Karsh” most. I call that exhibition “the pictures in the dark room.”

Mom told me about Winston Churchill today. Sir Winston Churchill. His “portrait” is here. (Yousuf Karsh. 1941).

The Duchess

Dad and Mom took us to The Duchess on Saturday.

At first I thought it was Marble Slab.

The adults ordered ginger cookies for us and macarons, meringues, and shortbread cookies for them.

But I still got to eat 1.5 macarons.

The ginger cookie was great, but I think next time I’d prefer a box of macarons…

This book, illustrated by Maurice Sendak, is on my “Favourites” shelf.

Dad says he’ll take me to New York one day, but until then I can look at the pictures in this book.

My favourite part is when the turtle comes around and offers Lori a ride to Times Square…

AGA again.

Particularly enjoy the Karsh exhibit. But I don’t recommend Zinc. I’m just saying. My mom’s walnut pesto gnocchi was pretty sad and the server was annoying. The upside to Zinc — the brioche was edible.

Mom and I have been cooking out of this book since November 2009. On average we use 1 recipe per day. The step by step illustrations (that Mom really likes) and easy to find ingredients are perfect for Mom & Dad’s novice culinary skills, but most important are perfectly suited for my tastes.
